 New real estate developer (buy–build–sell villas) seeks a hands-on accountant to set up and run our finance function.

Key duties

• Full Saudi compliance: bookkeeping, VAT/Zakat, payroll & filings
• Budget control, cost tracking, petty cash & payments workflow
• Project/job-cost accounting for construction phases
• Odoo ERP daily use & report generation

Must have

• Based in KSA, transferable IQAMA
• 3+ yrs accounting experience in Saudi (preferably construction/real estate)
• Strong English (spoken & written)
• SOCPA or equivalent is a plus
• Driving license is nice to have

Salary

• 6000 - 7000 Full Package
